Primary Description: 
Colorless, pressed with metal base. Bank in the form of Independence Hall with the words BANK OF INDEPENDENCE HALL 1776 1876 and on the back side PATENT PENDING. Metal base was meant to slide to remove coins but is stuck to the glass.
