Primary Description: 
Yellow, colorless, translucent white, cobalt, polychrome chips; non-lead glasses; blown, hot-worked. Stylized horn: rests vertically on flared end; horn is tall straight cone of yellow cased in colorless; narrow end is twisted and has extra heavy colorless casing; body decorated, with three loops (colorless, cobalt, white) that are also loosely trailed over mid-section; one patty of white, three large blown out bubbles near flared end which is also decorated with multi-color marvered glass fragments; flared end rimmed with heavy cobalt wrap; inscribed in script on exterior near flared end: "Roubícek/PRAHA/1986".
