Primary Description: 
Transparent very pale green glass with bubbles; blown; wheel-engraved. Squat biconical shape body; rim folded out, up and in to form tubular flange; short cylindrical neck; body splays in convex curve to maximum diameter, 2.5 cm above bottom; plain strap handle applied to upper part of body, drawn up and out, then sharply angled and attached to neck shortly below rim, tail drawn down then folded up; wheel engraved decoration on body: four horizontal bands, one below handle, two above carination and one at maximum diameter; plain base, slightly concave; no pontil mark.
