Primary Description: 
Jug with the Lion of Saint Mark. Clear very bubbly glass with greyish-green tint and some impurities; wear marks; free-blown, enameled and gilt, with applied parts. Oval body with base having a kick-up and rough pontil mark, cylindrical neck; applied flat foot-ring with airtrap, loop handle applied to neck and shoulder of body; on body in multicolored rings the date: "1590" and blossoms, below the rim a gold band (rubbed off) between rings consisting of white dots.
