Primary Description: 
Gold glass; mold-blown, iridized. Lampshade: bell-shaped. Upper rim is short and everted, with flat upper surface finished by grinding; wall curves out and down at top, then descends almost vertically, before splaying and curving down and in at bottom; lower rim slightly inturned, with ground edge. Wall is decorated from top to bottom with twelve pairs of narrow vertical ribs which alternate with twelve broader vertical ribs. Transparent glass has rich gold outer surface with orange to violet iridescence; incomplete acid-stamped mark on inside of top rim: fleur-de-lis with superimposed ribbon inscribed STEUBEN.
