Colorless, possibly lead, glass; cast (?), cut, engraved. Flat, solid, circular shape; the faces polished flat; the sides cut in a concave curve, with the rims rounded; one face with three engraved lily-of-the-valley sprays; engraved on the side in script "L. Smrckova 83"; rectangular paper label with two perforated edges, no inscription (now in object folder); paper label inscribed "116597" in black ballpoint ink (now in object folder).
