Primary Description: 
Opaque light blue pâté de verre; molded. Head of infant apparently crying; all features indistinct: high forehead, eyes and brow ridges, nose, open mouth with tongue, and cheeks. Back of mask is flat, with very many pits and incomplete bubbles; scratched in largest incomplete bubble on back: "630."
