Primary Description: 
Black, white, blue, red, and colorless lead (?) glasses. Bundle of long, cylindrical rods; a ring of 15 red, white and colorless "tubes" encircling a large rod enclosing a black rooster silhouette in opaque white, with a scalloped blue border; bound in two places with brass wire; ends of the red rods cleanly sheared, faces of the inner rod polished.
