Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, enameled. Tapered, straight- sided shape; the sides with enameled decoration, with yellow and white lines on either side of a band with floral sprays, with either white flowers and blue leaves or yellow flowers with red leaves; spaced with white vertical pickets; slightly concave bottom with rough pontil mark, inscribed in pale white paint "O.B. 438" and "S1761" in green paint.
