Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, applied, tooled, ground, polished. Shallow bell-shaped dish with a three-part pedestal base, consisting of a wafer applied to the bottom of the bowl, a center section tooled into four points, draped over the domed lower section, flat circular base ground and polished. Signed "Steuben" in diamond-point script under base.
