Primary Description: 
Colorless, red, blue, and white glass; mosaic glass technique. Circular cane slice scalloped outer edge. Cane slice consists of central colorless circle outlined in blue, white, and blue, which is encircled by ring of eight red dots with white centers and white outlines. Ring of dots encircled by blue. Blue encircled by seven medallions imitating center medallion. Cane slice mounted on square piece of cardstock with "142" written on reverse.
