Primary Description: 
Colorless, blue, and white glass; mosaic glass technique. Circular cane slice with three medallions with scalloped edges consisting of white teardrops outlined in blue. Ring of white stars around outer edge; cane appears to have been pulled when hot elongating some of the stars. Cane slice mounted on square piece of cardstock with "168" written on reverse.
