Primary Description: 
Colorless, dark red appearing black, blue, gray, and white glass; mosaic glass technique. Circular cane slice with uneven outer edge and central 11-pointed white sun outlined in dark red appearing black with sun or star in center outlined in blue. Smaller sun or star contains ring of grayish colored dots in center. Cane slice mounted on square piece of cardstock with "198" written on reverse.
