Primary Description: 
Mushroom Flower Holder. Opaque white glass and enamel; blown, tooled, drilled, enameled and acid-etched. Mushroom-shaped flower holder with hollow interior, cone shaped base with flared bottom edge. Top of holder has holes drilled for flowers or toothpicks and enameled flower and leaf design. Surface acid-etched to produce matte finish.
