Primary Description: 
Shade, blown, pear-shaped, frosted on exterior by grinding on a wheel. Fits into tooled brass collar surrounding burner. Collar is attached to brass socket fastened to wafer above hollow blown stem attached by double wafer to short cylindrical stem and hollow pressed tripodal base with American eagle on each side.
