Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, cut. Oval bowl with scalloped rim with scalloped edges. Exterior wall of bowl decorated with eight circular medallions, each containing an octagonal shape containing diamond cross-hatching. Scallops on rim decorated with fans. Base decorated with circular starburst set within oval starburst, which extends to edge.
