Primary Description: 
Overlay Tumbler. Colorless non-lead glass cased with opaque white, then wine-red; free-blown with design cut through to colorless core; sides rounding at bottom to small circular base and flaring at top to wide clear rim; geometric design with fancy arches, oval and baluster-like motif, opaque white piping between colorless reserve and wine-red surface ground; smooth base with colorless center.
