Primary Description: 
Colorless, transparent dark blue non-lead (?) glasses; paperweight, ground. Spreading, conical shape, with tall, narrow top, sides spreading to a large disk base; incorporating a dark blue disk; flat base with rough ground, slightly concave center; circular paper label applied to the side, gilt and printed in black, with interlaced trademark in the center, and inscribed around the edge "HOYA GLASS WORKS/671 TOKYO JAPAN".
