Colorless, opaque white, red, yellow, blue, green non-lead glasses; paperweight, Furnace-worked; applied decoration; cased. Domed, circular form, enclosing multi-colored lampworked flowers in a ring, encircling an inscription in white lampworked letters "UN[reversed]ITED STATES/DECLARED WAR/ON/GERMANY/APRIL.6.1917" with interspersed American flags and shield, and with two millefiori canes, one at either side; polished, flat base.
