Primary Description: 
Colorless, polychrome lead glasses; millefiori canes, engraved. Domed, circular shape, enclosing millefiori canes arranged in two interlaced trefoils of blue-red-and-white canes and yellow-white-and-red canes; in the center, a green- white-and-red star cane encircled by a ring of green-blue-and- white canes; engraved on the sides of the weight in script "J. W. Shepp" and "Eiffel Tower/August 25th. 1895"; polished concave pontil mark on the bottom.
