Colorless non-lead glass; pressed. Circular dome shape, slightly hollow underneath with inserted photograph of Ferris Wheel, marked "THE FERRIS WHEEL / WORLDS FAIR CHICAGO" at right and "GOULD PHOTO" at left; reverse of photograph is backed with a printed label headed "OFFICIAL SOUVENIR OF FERRIS WHEEL", listing size and weight statistics with a facsimile signature of "Geo. W. Ferris"; blue cold paint around photo and label, label was printed by "Lovejoy & Co. 79 DEARBORN STREET / CHICAGO".
