Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; cast, cut, enameled, engraved. Low, domed shape, with polished concave circular facet on top, engraved (script) "Tour Eiffel/M H Spier/Paris/le 2 Novembre 1889"; six cut circular concave facets on the side; enameled red, blue, purple and yellow flowers and green leaves on the base; backed with white enamel, on the concave, polished base.
