Primary Description: 
Part of Table Fountain. Colorless, with grayish tinge; bubbly; opaque yellow. Blown, mold-blown; applied, tooled. Part of table fountain. Shallow mold-blown bowl with flaring rim with applied band of opaque yellow glass; applied to side of bowl, long spout with applied band of opaque yellow glass. Bowl is joined by glue-bit to twisted, flattened mold-blown knop atop inverted baluster stem; attached by glue-bit to shallow, blown foot with infolded rim and pontil mark.
