Opaque white and pink glass, blue, white, yellow, green, and black enamel; blown, applied, enameled. Shallow circular dish with wide flared pink rim atop opaque white baluster stem and circular foot. Rim of dish decorated with enameled white and blue flowers, leaves, and stems; band of raised white enameled dots around edge.
