Primary Description: 
Colorless, dark green appearing black, white, and light brownish green glass; blown, cased, cut, polished. Ovoid vessel with three sides cut and polished. Vessel consists of colorless glass with horizontal white stripes cased in light brownish green with colorless stripes, cased in dark green appearing black with horizontal white stripes; two-tiered thick walled rim. Spherical, almost mushroom-shaped stopper of dark green appearing black glass.
