Flat, octagonal form; with molded decoration on one side, a male portrait facing dexter, wearing long hair tied with a bow; inscribed around the portrait "LOUIS XVIII/ROI DE FRANCE" and, below the portrait "E. GATTEAUX."; molded foliate border; the sides and back ground flat.
