Primary Description: 
Translucent green glass; mold-pressed. Roughly circular disc; on upper surface, in bold relief, head of Medusa, surrounded by snakes; deep-set, bulging eyes, narrow nose, lips parted. Lower surface, irregular, showing clearly that hot glass was forced into mold.
