Mottled translucent purple and white lead (?) glass; pâté de verre. Flat, rectangular sheet mottled purple on the front, white on the back; relief-molded bust-length portrait of a man facing right; inscribed (script) "19 Mars / 1898" at upper left, and unidentified monogram (GAD___?) at the left; cemented to a colorless glass sheet, framed in a modern metal frame.
