Colorless lead glass, yellow stain, white sulphide; encased, cut, stained, molded sulphide. Flat, rectangular shape, face polished convex; sides polished flat; back polished flat; stained yellow on the back, sides, and around the sulphide; enclosing a molded sulphide plaque of rounded rectangular form, with relief molded equestrian figure, with a ribbon above inscribed "THE GLORIOUS MEMORY", letters stained yellow; a three-lobed shamrock below; reverse flat.
