Primary Description: 
Plate. Colorless. Blown; gilded, enameled. Curved, with broad, flat, outfolded rim and applied foot-ring; high “kick” and pontil mark on base. Below rim on outside, gilded arabesque frieze accompanied by blue and white dots in enamel paints; at center on inside, gilded circlet of bars accompanied by white and blue dots in enamel paints.
