Circular shape, border with fleur-de-lis, cold-painted with gilt; center with transfer print of tower with "PAN-AMERICAN EXPOSITION BUFFALO N.Y." above and "ELECTRIC TOWER" below; the center of the plate is backed with paper to protect the design.
