Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, engraved, cut, ground. Shallow, circular shape, with everted rim and flat bottom; rim with engraved continuous spray of roses, with fully-opened flowers, buds, and foliage; cut and matte-ground band around the side, at the base; bottom matte ground, with polished engraved scrolled initials "V R" beneath the Royal Crown of England, and above crossed floral sprays.
