Primary Description: 
Colorless non-lead glass; blown, gilt, painted. Shallow, circular form, with curved sides; cut scalloped, notched rim; cut overlapping arcs on the sides, enclosing panels of fine diamonds, fans, and strawberry diamonds; circular panel in the center, filled with cut strawberry diamonds; the reverse side gilt and sealed with black paint.
