Plate: shallow, base ring flat scalloped rim with handle projections; at the center the Liberty Bell with inscription above "DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, 1776 1876", on rim: "100 YEARS AGO" and the name of the thirteen original states; goblet: flat foot, paneled baluster stem, bucket bowl; on the bowl the Liberty Bell with "DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE 1776 1876", on reverse "100 YEARS AGO".
