Primary Description: 
Portrait Tumbler. Colorless, presumably non-lead glass; pressed. Cylindrical form; narrow panels on sides, broken on front by circular medallion with profile bust of Napoleon III in high relief and, on reverse, by scrolled pennant with inscription "VIVE L'EMPEREUR", large impressed "daisy" in base.
