Primary Description: 
Interior of dish is plain and the exterior is molded in a peacock eye pattern much like lacy glass. The rim is decorated with 84 scallops over two bands of beading and 20 peacock eyes with plumes between. The footring encloses 7 bosses and 7 scrolls filled with course stippling around two beaded circles and a central boss.
