Transparent aqua non-lead glass; blown, pecked. Long, slightly bulbous, hollow form, of circular cross-section, with ball knobs on either end; pecked decoration of a stylized bird, two ships, an eight-pointed star, an eight-armed asterisk, and inscribed "A . PRESENT . FROM . THE / NORTH . TO . JANE / WINTERTON"; rough pontil scars on both ends.
