Colorless non-lead glass; blown, relief-carved. Ovoid bowl, with conical, straight-sided top and rounded base; solid, conical stem and foot; relief-carved stylized flower and stem, very flame-like in appearance, on the side and foot; inscribed script "L. Smrckova B. Horacek 1982" on the side of the foot; bottom with acid-etched mark "EXBOR/CZECHOSLOVAKIA" in the center; paper label inscribed in black ballpoint ink "116594" (now in object folder).
