Primary Description: 
Canes with translucent very deep blue circular center surrounded (from inside to edge) by colorless ring and very deep blue ring in colorless matrix; preformed canes cast in or on mold; ring base made separately from same preformed canes; body and base fused. Cup, with very slightly outsplayed rounded rim, side with shallow S-shape profile, curving in at bottom, and foot ring.
