Colorless, transparent dark blue non-lead glass; blown, overlay, cut, gilt, silvered, enameled. Low, circular form with rounded sides; blue overlay on colorless, cut, enameled, silvered and gilt; the cutting outlined in gilt, and with colorful floral sprays and C-scrolls; cut radial grooves on the bottom.
