Primary Description: 
Aquamarine glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark. Obverse: large heart shaped frame containing elaborate scrolls and at top eight-pointed star; above in space formed by outer scrolls another star; similar to GIX-10 but upper stars irregular and there is a perceptible space between sides of upper pair of scrolls at the center. Reverse: similar to obverse but variation in size of lower star. Edges: heavy vertical medial rib.
