Primary Description: 
Light green glass; mold-blown; plain lip, round pontil mark with brownish residue. Obverse: large heart shaped frame containing elaborate scrolls and at top of frame small eight-pointed star; in space above frame where outer and edge ribs terminate, a star, points not clearly defined; between scrolls "LOUISVILLE KY" in straight line. Reverse: similar to obverse except inscription "GLASS WORKS" in a straight line. Edges: heavy vertical medial rib.
