Primary Description: 
Colorless glass; blown, applied, tooled, ground, polished. Bi-conical body with a flaring neck and tooled pointed spout; the circular tapering handle is attached to the widest part of the body opposite the spout and at the lower part of the neck; an additional round scroll is attached to the highest part of the handle and the lowest part of the rim opposite the spout. Circular base ground and polished flat. Signed "Steuben" in diamond-point script under base near the edge. Gummed paper label with typed no. "[S]P992" near base. Design no. SP992.
