Primary Description: 
Transparent natural blue-green-grey non-lead glass; heat-formed, ground, polished. Small vertical shape vessel, comprised of five laminated rectangular pieces of sheet glass (alternating three wide/three narrow-leaving three flanges on each side); narrow raised circular opening with ground and polished rim; bubble has been blown into top third of form causing walls to distort and swell slightly; base ground and polished flat; inscribed in script near base, left: "Patti 1978".
