Primary Description: 
Sugar Bowl with Cover. Green or bottle glass; brilliant green-aquamarine; very heavy gathers, free-blown with applied and tooled decoration; spherical body covered by swirl-ribbed layer with heavy ring at top forming a rest for cover fitting over broad short cylindrical neck; applied narrow crimped circular foot with rough pontil mark; tall hemispherical cover matching in decoration and with large applied ball-on-button finial.
