Primary Description: 
Brown, black, gray painted tin or other metal; hand-made, painted. Flat circular sign in the form of cutouts within a metal hoop which has a ring at the top for hanging. The cut outs show a bottle on a table with a wineglass on one side and a waisted tumbler on the others side. The object is finished on both sides.
