Primary Description: 
Colorless, opaque white, black, red non-lead glasses; blown with trailed and "pick-up" decoration. Tall vase with "woven cane" decoration; lipless ovoid opening ground flat, slight shoulder swelling, sides tapering in towards base; colorless walls with overall decoration of narrow vertical white canes, overlaid with horizontal black spiral wrap, overlaid by narrow vertical red cane that end short of the rim and taper down at one side edge into a "V" pattern, overlaid by parallel broken rows of horizontal black cane that become full rings one-third distance from rim; base ground and polished, polished pontil; inscribed in script on base: "Lino Tagliapiertra / Effetre International / Murano Italy 1986 / 17 / 100".
