Primary Description: 
Tumbler. Colorless lead glass with opaque white ribbon-spiral, sapphire-blue trim; free-blown and gilded. Fashioned from single gather; deep cylindrical bowl flaring slightly at applied sapphire-blue rim, and rounding in short curve at bottom to collar-rib above hollow circular foot; embellished by closely spaced narrow gold bands.
