Primary Description: 
Greenish blue ("aqua"), transparent glass; cast, perhaps in three-part mold with separate base plate. Vase: truncated conical, with thick wall and base. Rim scalloped, with six curves of equal size; wall straight, curving in at bottom; base plain, with slight concavity. Wall decorated from top to bottom with six indented wavy lines, which descend vertically from gaps between each pair of scallops of rim. Edge of base flattened by grinding and polishing.
