Primary Description: 
Vase. Green glass, aquamarine; free-blown with applied and tooled decoration; squatty globular body with lily-pad Type I, long cylindrical neck with (tooled) banded effect on wide flaring rim, applied sloping foot with finely crimped side and flat base with glass-ring pontil mark; applied opposing small loop handles attached midway in neck and curled end on shoulder.
